FRS Speak Up

This form enables fire service employees to report wrongdoing within their organisation. It allows you to share information anonymously - your identity will not be known unless you choose to provide your details, which will remain confidential within your Fire and Rescue Service.

Please include as much detail as possible to help build a clear picture and ensure your information can be used effectively. All submissions are secure and made through an encrypted connection.

Your information will only be shared with the appropriate team within your Fire Service, who prioritise your wellbeing. It will not be passed to the police unless there is a threat to life.
