The role of the Forensic Science Regulator is to ensure that the provision of forensic science services across the Criminal Justice System (CJS) in England and Wales is subject to an appropriate regime of scientific quality standards. This line is applicable to aspects of forensic sampling and analysis that enter the CJS. It is NOT for issues such as sexism or bullying in the workplace, issues such as these should be addressed via another avenue.
